Pros

It is clear that Elara Caring puts the patient first. Even though there have been some big changes with the merger, I have never felt like patient care was impacted. Our ability to provide care in anyplace the patient calls home is so rewarding.

Cons

Like anything else in life change can be a little uncomfortable

Multi state, national presence with balanced diversity of service lines - skilled home health, hospice, personal care services and behavioral health.

Cons

Integration process is tough, much work to do to get all moving in the same direction, but making great progress.
