Flexibility when it comes to family/emergencies that arise.

Cons

Limited opportunities for myself to be able to stay with the company part time if I wanted to go to school.

Pros

The communication between all staff is unlike any other company in Kansas. Management treats all staff like family and shows their appreciation for our hard work. I feel proud to be apart of this company and knowing how big of a difference in a family we make. Flexible schedule is an added bonus!

Cons

Our triage is based in Michigan so sometimes it's hard for families and facilities here in Kansas TO get their message relayed back to our Kansas offices.

Need for more flexibility in all departments to include employee schedules and work locations.
