Cons

Benefits are very expensive Issues with leadership go unresolved despite numerous complaints to HR and Senior leaders. Leadership pick their favorites and don't care about the rest.

Professional Flexible Independence Accurate and weekly pay Meet new people

Cons

Limited options, especially if in a rural area Low pay Often limited hours They don't schedule the clients in the most convenient way, causing conflicted schedules. Clients are often picky with the care and require things to be exact, but that's because they're elderly and also disabled.
