      Fairly good work/life balance Nice office

      Cons

      Management does not allow nurses to see patients as often as they need, yet complain about rehospitalization rates. No room for promotion. One or two meager raises over the years before they tell you you're "topped" out on salary. No bereavement pay or sick days. You're required to take PTO. You're also only allowed to roll over 40 hours of PTO. If you don't use it, it's gone. Insurance is insanely expensive - over $200/month for one person. If someone quits, others are required to absorb their workflow without additional compensation. I am currently performing the work of 3 positions while still being paid the same I was when I was only doing my own workflow.

      Pros

      Love working with the patients. There is nothing about the actual job I dislike. It is a privilege to work with the patients I am with daily.

      Cons

      Lack of staff. Lack of concern for employees. Patient/clinician ratio high and unfair to all. Unrealistic expectations put on employees. Lack of commitment from coworkers secondary to low moral.

      Clinical manager does amazing job

      Cons

      part time employees no longer earning PTO, this tells you the company has zero concern for employees or their families... part timers get no benefits. Terrible communication, no raises this year (which is a pay cut with cost of living) and it wasnt communicated to staff . This company is a disgrace. These are the reasons unions were formed..
