- fulfillment of civic duty as a professional - great peers

Cons

- non-competitive compensation despite revenue driving role in multiple verticals - critical infrastructure supported by 'army' of contract employees - inflexibility of schedule - blatant nepotism / favoritism - lack of appropriate expertise and resources, leading to burnout - poor delivery of services as reflection of market duopoly

Christmas holiday extended time off (incentive based, if financials are good). Fourth of July extended time off (again if financials are good) Peers are good people who are genuine and helpful

Cons

Leadership is lacking The culture is a good-ole-boys club Work life balance is atrocious other than the two above listed times

For certain teams endless overtime with no pay and no time off to compensate, no work family balance, and few promotions when starting within the company, high turnover
