Pros

I also completely agree the people make the company. Working with very talented co-workers who also like to have fun is most valuable & great if you work at any companies with your colleagues. Electric Cloud is yet small, but global company which means that company can find any opportunities from all over the world & can grow with world market.

Cons

Company is still young and trend moves like lightning. So, there's a lot to learn very quickly and the information you need isn't always as easy to find as it could be.

Pros

This is the right company for people with similar background as myself should work for. I am able to utilize my experiences and skills here and contribute to the business. The achievements, sweat and blood are recognized and appreciated. It's a place of learning from each other. My peers here are quite open and willing to help. Great culture. Like other software companies in the valley, it offers great flexibility and the chance to have very early/late conf calls are control under reasonable pace.

Cons

Limited benefits for remote employees, e.g. lack of supplementary medical insurance, annual check.
