Pros

I have worked at Electric Cloud for just about one year. Great culture and lots of smart people to collaborate with. Strong Sales Engineering team and industry leading technology. Senior Management works directly with people in the field and provide positive support to get things done.

Cons

Sales cycles tend to be too long. Company focuses more on West Coast and need additional marketing and sales support out East.

Pros

Technology works and it is a solid product that you can get behind and not be embarrassed about.

Cons

Massive turnover. New mgt all the time - which shows poor leadership from the CEO. His first time running a company so he gets nervous and instead of leading he fires and hires to cover up his shortsightedness. The new CRO is a east coast wind bag who does not know the culture or the industry, who is super cheap. A really bad move by the board and CEO hire him he will be the undoing of the company.
