Terrible machine shop manager. Very Lazy person sucking up way to much payroll.

Flexible schedule. The company is willing to train some workers. CEO can be generous.

Cons

Pay raise was handled poorly. The company told me one thing and did the opposite. Very devastating roller coaster ride all related to extremely poor communication from machine shop manager and owner.
