Pros

Free parking. Yeah that's it.

Cons

Toxic chaos. EI is in a death spiral. The CEO's (Peter Zieve) increasingly erratic decisions causing good people to leave which makes him even more erratic causing more people leave etc etc. Key positions now filled by kids, completely out of their depth trying to reign in Peter's politcal outbursts and infamous hiring practices. The "reviews" on here are perfect example of his desperation. Look at the review charts and you'll note the exact month he realized Glassdoor was a thing.
