Pros

Cool company, seemingly good benefits

Cons

Rampant nepotism (encouraged), very clear (purposeful) lack of diversity (CEO asks your birth place upon interview). Quick Google search shows you really shouldn't work for this company. Terrible ethics.

Pros

Massive Benefits package including HSA, Matching 401k, Full family plan insurance. Crazy good, only second to Federal Employment.

Cons

Apprentice wages $15-18.50 but they expect journeyman work and disperse all techs/apprentices around campus forcing them to be working alone. No Supervision means no responsibility for any work actually getting done and they just blame techs for delays and mistakes.

Pros

Great freedom, plenty of hands on experience opportunity. Flexibility to move around in company

Cons

You're given more than enough rope to hang yourself. The owner is toxic. Very little useful feedback from reviews. Many senior managers are bullies. Favoritism and protection creates an unfortunate culture. The owners obsession with politics makes it embarrassing to work here
