      Good Work place. Very minimal work pressure. work depends on team. you get chance to work on different platforms.

      low pay. very less onsite chances. salary hikes are not that good.

      Good technology to learn,but no time to learn, flexible timings, fun in gaming. friendly culture.

      Stupid knowledgeless leads, working in weekends. worst South -Nort politics, if u want career growth- only way is buttering ur lead and manager. Stupid sugar coated Hr- polocies. Heavy work loads. selfish managers. telugu leads really worthless. My game plan is almost nonsense.

      Full of regional feelings and growth according to regions wise. Little domination of leads and ignorance of talent. growth will follow along the communication with Seniors. simply to say its like little political drama.
