Pros

Work is Play. Play is work. Anyone who is very much interested in gaming will be interested to work at EA Mobile.

Cons

Electronic Arts is financially not doing well, hence, it may not pay their employees as per their expectations or aspirations.

Pros

Great team, business supportive of recruiting department, best practices used and always looking for new and better ways to recruit top talent, fun place to work, lots of energy and creativity, facilities are amazing.

Cons

sometimes jobs were too specialized because of the size of the company...it became harder and harder to be more of a generalist.

Pros

I learned so many things from my colleagues. You see a lot of smart people around. They have awesome technologies.

Cons

- Its a very big company, and sometime its hard to get recognition for your work. - some of the game teams are just doing the same over and over and are not innovating enough
