Pros

It's very likely that the people you work with will be very talented, enthusiastic and great to work with. If you ask questions you'll get the answers, sometimes sugar coated a little, even so better than nothing.

Cons

Unrealistic project dealines/budgets etc. Employees will find themselves feeling responsible for the success of the project. However, your efforts are recognised, often more than just a verbal congratulatory conversations, assuming it fits within the budget.

Pros

Name recognition, interesting and successful high-profile projects, quick to market time, new experimental business model could pioneer within the company. Great team to work with at the moment. Plenty of opportunities to get input in.

Cons

Cog in the wheel treatment of low to mid-level employees.

Pros

Really casual environment. Decent compensation, travel is sometimes given. The EA university allows for personal growth and learning in the industry. Very friendly people working in the teams. Great facilities. Cheap EA published games.

Cons

Lots of times there were very long hours without proper compensation for the work you do. Schedules are sometimes created without a work life balance in mind. On occasion, the political environment gets too hot, and there isnt a lot which you can control. If you decided youd like to work there, be preapred to cover yourself and don't make any enemies out of executive level people.
