Pros

The whole EA culture is not as harsh as people think. Its pretty relaxed( i guess it depends on which team you are in)

Cons

underpaid always re-org instead of promote internally they tend to hire someone from outside to manage the team

Pros

Big company, some job security, some great IP, opportunity to travel, smart people, forward thinking. The company has a lot of great projects but is at risk of running out from not giving them room to grow

Cons

Slow to manoeuvre, bad PR at times. Company isn't in a great PR position at the moment which affects the morale of the staff.
