Pros

- Great facilities (gym, courts, cafeteria) - Privilege to say you worked for "EA" - The people you work with are fun - Compensation is better than most places

Cons

- Not enough vacation days - Workaholic culture - Layoffs make you fear who's next - Reporting structure changes makes it tough to plan career

Pros

This is one of the best marketing positions a college student can have. You are treated with respect and your opinion is valued at EA. You get the chance to work with great people and market EA titles all across campus. They keep you busy with plenty of work too, so it's not a job for slackers!

Cons

Compensation could be better, but its more than fair for a college student. There could be more cooperation between corporate and the campus rep program, but other than that everything is great!
