Pros

I haven't found a pros yet which sounds unrealistic. But if I do, will add.

Cons

Campus is beautiful, team is nice, every aspect of life is wonderful. People are very happy and dynamic, at least in my eyes. They improved a lot over the years

Pros

Supports family and live work balance. Various sub cultures nurture internal growth by allowing folks to jump between roles. Some pursue new interests while others nurture existing ones. Professionals without ego are hired and sharing of development and knowledge is important.

Cons

In the development studio the high-school sub culture can get old. Some are more mature than others but this is also nature of the industry.

Pros

It's a company filled with great people, and they give great benefits. A company filled to the brim with people who want to make great games. If you're successful here, you can work anywhere you want, for almost anyone you want.

Cons

It's a big company with big company problems and a big company atmosphere. You're not a person. You are headcount.
