Pros

Brings Great Visuals to it's games.

Cons

The higher ups in this company are Extremely greedy they do not care about the player's who buy the game's that us developers work so hard to create they give us horrible deadlines as well. Electronic arts pushes its employees to create games as quick as possible without much effort.

Pros

Awesome parental leave policy, on-site daycare, employee resource groups, long-term career growth, d&i focus, smart execs and competative pay. Also, Starbucks on-site :)

Cons

Can be challenging for many who don't understand large company politics. Can be a little slow moving if coming from a start-up.
