Pros

The campus is a beautiful place to come everyday, and the shuttle from SkyTrain makes for a painless commute. The concierge handles things like dry cleaning and making appointments or reservations. The corporate culture is respectful and hard-working with some really smart people, and workflow has lots of variety and interesting problems.

Cons

Long hours. Excessive meetings that accomplish very little. Lots of corporate brown nosers, and some people are more interested in perception management than doing a great job.
