Cons

Middle management is often cumbersome and disconnected. Huge organization that often requires extreme specialization and your impact can feel limited.

Pros

Good work life balance, the campus is great and well-maintained, my manager is supportive, and I'm allowed a lot of flexibility in my work. Teams are more coordinated, yet also more 'startup-ey' than I expected for such a big company, which gives senior team members room to run. Have seen many folks get support in lateral moves within the company.

Cons

PTO package could be a bit better. Some residual cultural tendencies for teams to be reserved with each other but I see folks being more transparent.

Pros

Lots of good engineers to work with, interesting tech and clear vision for the company.

Cons

Poor work-life balance, while some teams under constant crunch, others in idle. Middle management very political, think about themselves.
