Pros

great people to work with, interesting projects, like to give big responsibility to junior people

Cons

Horrible outdated office for the marketing and finance teams, but lovely refurbished floors for the developers. They pay based on the Guildford median, with around 60% of the commute from London, and expect to work 15 hours a day.

Pros

The company provides opportunities for employees to grow through diverse projects and events, while also showing consistent efforts to enhance organizational culture with internal events and distribution of company goods. In addition, benefits and compensation are generally competitive, offering employees a sense of stability.

Cons

If the game genres do not match your personal interests, or if you are looking for a highly dynamic and fast-changing organizational culture, this environment may not feel like the best fit.
