      You get to work on exciting projects with integration, security systems, A/V, fire alarm, nurse call, CCTV and access control.

      Cons

      Some projects are outdoors, so you get exposed to the weather elements, extreme cold to extreme heat.

      Any office away from the main branch in Lincoln Nebraska will be very micro-managed

      ECC is flexible, provides decent pay, they have established a career path for growth

      Cons

      High turnover in upper management, many employees feel insecure in their jobs, not enough training provided, will allow some remote WFH time but won't allow employees to have a hybrid schedule
