Pros

EPD is not just a normal job to me, it's like being at home with family. I started here as a wireman back in March of 2010 and worked on many challenging projects. EPD has given me a great opportunity to continue growing and learning new things, as the years continue to pass. To make this story even shorter, there's no other company that I would even think about working at other than here with caring and intelligent team members

Cons

At times, we spend more time at work than home. However, whatever it takes to satisfy our customers we'll sacrifice to do so.

Pros

EPD is a great place to work because of the many advancement opportunities that exist. The CEO and Board have placed a top notch management team that care about the future of the company and the growth and well being of each employee. The future is extremely bright here. This inclusive and diverse family environment is second to none. Get in while you can!

Cons

Company is going through some growing pains that are evident in many organizations. In the long run this is great news for employees though because EPD is heavily reinvesting into its people and facilities.
