Not bad place to work

Pros

Outstaff model of work for the most of the projects. Gives you support with operational processes. Protects you in case the project is out of budget, and helps to find a new project with paying the full salary for the next couple of months.

Cons

Management comparably weaker than in the previous companies (for me personally), where I got the previous experience. Family type of business organization. It creates some bias towards employees, who just do their job and don't want to create relationship with all the people in circle. Weak potential to grow. You are needed just for do more and more work. Creates burnout effect.
