Pros

Comfortable work conditions. Good salary. A lot of support activities such as English courses and Team-lead course. Many interesting events. Project managers are great. I appreciate that I part of Eleks team. Also company implemented system of gathering employees feedback and ask our opinion every month. And they answer for my comments)

Hard to find. I can't point any problem)
