a bit blurred strategy, emotion-driven decisions

7 years in, for far so good

Pros

Great project team, personal care from company. If I want new tech or other domain I can ask for it without problems. Sport activities are partially covered which is not bad.

Cons

Salary review is not so often and it is hard to get raise. The only way is to come with offer which is uncomfortable. This year's medical insurance is awful.
