Good company for novices - a lot of perks and benefits on a company day. Holidays, like Helloween, New Year, etc. You should find yourself satisfied, if you don't deal with management , and concentrated on the development only.

Cons

Unfortunately, the more top position manager is - the less respect to the workers. Looks finished MBA does not help them doing a business. Having mostly experience within single company - they introduce very weird climate. From other hand, your career will be good if you are loyal to the management. Kind of nepotism/corruption. If you are independent - keep away from companies like that.

bad management; too match managers per developer; many managers have only experience in QA ... :(
