they have some intereesting projects can have many leaves, good for students

Cons

relatives of higher managemnt get promoted too high ! managemnt does not respect employees very much very small salaries for trainees difficult to grow far form city center (not a problem if you have a car)

1. Very flexible day schedule, easy with day offs/vacations. 2. Great people to work with, managers are very people oriented. 3. Okay office location with parking and molls nearby. 4. Language courses.

Cons

1. There aren't much of professional growth in the company, so it is very likely to got stuck at one position for years, without additional learning of new stuff. 2. Wages are smaller in comparison with other IT companies in the city.
