Pros
* Interesting projects can actually happen here, that's not the case for every outsourcing company * Friendly atmosphere * Smart colleagues (if you were lucky to get on interesting project) * Very flexible working hours (can depend on team) * Nice office location
Cons
* Poor management, including project management and higher (the higher, the worse) * Hour based reporting system (it motivates you to report more hours, but not to do your job effectively) * Company has stucked at the same place for a years (no improvements, no serious growth) * Poor workspaces, low-end monitors (or better say monitor) * Salary below market avg (especially if you are not pushing the review) * Office definitely needs some love * Lack of literally any perks * No medical insurance, no good gym (the one available is just rubbish) * Poor HR * If you were unlucky to get typical support project - you are screwed * Big turnover * Funny hierarchy, tons of weird titles just to impress the customers
