Great benefits, decent time off once you have been with the company for a few years, and relaxed working environment.

Cons

Poor pay Terrible HR department Senior Managers who are very cliche like & often dysfunctional Poor communication between departments & poor communication from supervisors to support staff Lack of accountability especially with higher ups

great colleagues that are passionate about helping others and supportive to one another

Cons

Senior management is focused on profit and are out of touch with clinical needs of participants. Decisions are made based on finances instead of patient needs. Communication and transparency is lacking between senior management and employees.
