Pros

Job security,More overtime than you could ask for.

Cons

If you don't work overtime forget about getting far here. Greedy owner sold out too big corporation and they are basically gutting this place and turning it into a Walmart for the aerospace industry. Compensation for work performed is lackluster and room for advancement depends on your level of butt kissing to put it lightly.Unless you get a job in Sonic here you will be constantly lifting heavy metal parts and basically doing labor intensive work for little pay.

Most colleagues. Work can be interesting and varied.

Cons

Element don't give a damn about its staff, despite the corporate fluff that comes out at Director level. No investment in people and equipment on the ground in order to be able to actually deliver to customers - relentless intent on employing more and more Directors though . Unrealistic targets with the equipment and personnel, yet no desire to address this, just keep squeezing the people we have to the point where everyone has simply had enough. Expected to stomach a massive pay cut in 2018 despite increased profitability. I could go on....

Pros

flexibility, tolerance, good people, friendly atmosphere.

Cons

no upward growth, everyone wants to delegate instead of do, once you show you dont need support, you get no support, jobs quoted with unreasonable completion dates and overlooked costs.
