Pros
Few to none. (Words past the first three are to fill the 5 work minimum requirement for this section on Glassdoor).
Cons
Too many to list. Very few tools available to do a half-decent job, poorly defined goals and metrics to track your performance, no performance reviews and infinite barriers to change. Management does not have any ability to innovate, create change or improve on their existing business model and if you try to improve any process, higher management in the UK prohibits use of new sales tools or denies new marketing because it is out of scope. Work-life balance is alright for most employees but there is no culture in this company.
