      If you're okay with talking to new people you can learn a lot about the many different aspects of the testing world.

      Cons

      Run by an investment firm. People are a means to an end for them, and nothing more. Ever. Management is very "that's the way it's always been done, so that's the way we do it" and do not want to change, even if it's better for all.
