Old equipment, stressful when it gets busy, bottom line is all that matters, never hit the “bonus” every quarter

Element buys smaller labs that make money. They talk a big game about integration of the new lab into the larger company. Every step of the way was a nightmare (have been owned by Element for over a year-just now getting us on to their email servers and have promptly lost emails from clients to multiple people in Eagan). Element leadership still does not understand how our lab operates (we are not a manufacturing line. One in does not equal one out) and continue to expect massive amounts of overtime site wide simply to meet fiscal goals. Does not provide useful platforms for constructive feedback and suggestions for the company.
