      Pros

      Understaffing to pinch pennies leads to opportunities for overtime. Reasonably clean, a fairly safe environment. It's really all about your co-workers and the bond that develops when sharing a stressful environment.

      Cons

      Management chasing every penny by selling every opportunity to bring a job in, regardless of how short-staffed or under-resourced we are, while promising questionable deadlines. A pathological inability to say no to a customer, regardless of the downstream effects it had on the rest of the staff.

      Pros

      -Overtime was easy to come by because they were so understaffed. -It was basically impossible to get fired -It's super easy work

      Cons

      -The company sees their employees as expendable -Raises are rare and negligible -Employees must clock in and out like a fast food joint -Equipment is from the 80's -Most people working there are set in their ways and reluctant to embrace technology -Lower level employees are treated like crap -Work is incredibly boring and repetitive -Benefits are about as good as you could get from the ACA

      Co-workers were generally fun to work with, and the variety of testing leads to lots of contacts.

      Cons

      If you are a woman be prepared for an old boys club mentality in the management. Very few women in management.
