      Pros

      Great working environment with a lot of knowledgeable people. Great management direction from executives that understand the business. From top to bottom, employees like to go to work everyday.

      Cons

      Element is not the greatest paying employer. Some middle management still needs training on how to supervise and manage employees. The dollar is sometime the most important part of the business.
