Pay was decent, lots of overtime opportunity

Cons

they could really care less about you, as a technician you do the same boring things over and over again. upper management can be jerks and could really care less about you, it was a really big let down as a company with a lot of promises when they hire you. safety and quality are not the number one thing, the numbers are!!!
