Employee morale very poor, no communication from anyone. No incentives for hitting monthly goals. Impossible to advance in company . no raise system

Poor pay, bad benefits, poor management, don't hold up their "values", no growth, lies to your employees, mistreatment, bad morale, no support, finger pointing is the "to go" tactic of management, favoritism, no investment in employees, inexperienced "project managers", poor ethics,"money, money, money" view. I can keep going and going
