Pros

Coworkers, flexible schedule, a paycheck, accommodating to those who need it. They are making me write 20 words but there are no more positives.

Cons

Big acquisitions and billions in revenue yet employees are making next to noting. I guess that is how they have the capital to buy out other companies. The cost of living is not taken into account with regards to salary.

Pros

Element has just gone through a large acquisition and there will be lots of opportunity for internal growth for everyone that wants to step up. Contrary to popular belief, Element pays a fair wage for the experience and education that you need to get your foot in the door. The culture is improving year after year with more internal promotions and opportunities for education reimbursements. If you’re looking to work in a dynamic atmosphere and are willing to put your head down and work hard, you will be recognized and rewarded.

Cons

Element is very customer focused and tends to be lead by the demands of the customer that yells the loudest. There is a big focus on EBITA and on time delivery. This translates into a lot of pressure for the Technicians and managers to out-perform their previous numbers month after month. There needs to be more focus on training and development in the staff to create engagement. Element needs to keep investing in their people and the profits will fallow. A happy worker is a productive worker.
