      professional , team players have great benefits people here are friendly , I can balance my schedule out with home and work and it is located in the middle of everywhere they have volunteer programs and the pay if phenominal you must love what you do and also wanting to help the customer in educating lots of research need a good memory and must be sharp on your toes

      the area of location is convenient but not a good area in neighborhood stats

      Benefits - not as great as other companies, but they’re there Some of the people are great and you can tell they are putting in long hours and hard work to support their families

      Cons

      Insane working hrs during peak If you’re salaried you may be working 12 hrs a day w/o OT pay Low incentive - takes people many, many years within the company to get a promotion, no matter how good they are Strong favorability of longtimers (people who have been there 10+ years) Poor management Lack of proper training

      Flexible work schedule. Sponsor for education.

      Cons

      People whose positions are remote would have less opportunities for promotion and executive sponsor. Some supervisors wouldn't even bother to fly out to meet their staff in person. Like in my case, I worked there for almost 3 years and had never seen my boss at all.
