Pros
Really depends on your management. Some areas have great leaders, others have horrible leaders. Overall good place to work. If you are fortunate enough to have one of the better leaders, then you will get opportunities to grow and learn and promotion opportunities.
Cons
Most promotions are based on who you know, not the talent, skills, certifications or education you bring to the organization. Also, over the past year, the organization has undergone numerous rounds of layoffs that still continue. Many people come to work not knowing if it will be their last day - not due to work performance, but fiscal goals the company wants to achieve.
