      WLB and the value of work. Could be quite flexible bc the job is hybrid Work ownership is high Good visibility - we have many leadership conversations or speaker series

      Long-term professional growth; speed that the org moves with new tech or tools could be slow or appear as reactive since leadership are often very business domain focused than tech/skill oriented
