      Pros

      Sick and vacation leave is all in 1 bucket making more total PTO granted in a year. This makes for a granted paid time off at least 3 weeks or more depending on years of service.

      Cons

      Job security. Although doing great work does attribute to having a steady position with the company, there is an almost annual feel of uncertainty with re-orgs and corporate changes.
