      Start off entry level and move up the ladder or Transfer to many other depts.

      Cons

      Sometimes they have a silent hiring freeze (especially around open enrollment if you're in customer service or claims or any related depts).

      Pay, Benefits, and Mangement were good. Everything was professional and above board.

      Cons

      They were very anti health care reform obviously. I was very bored with my work, but thats my problem.
