      Pros

      Good health insurance benefits. Good retirement benefit. They use Vanguard, which is easy to work with, and I find them very customer-centric. The office environment is nice.

      Cons

      The pay compensation in the Denver market has not caught up with the recent spike in rents. You used to be able to live modestly in the city and go to work in the city. But my rent went up 20 percent in 2015, and it'll probably get higher. I won't be able to live in town anymore. And I am a senior rep. The reps on the phone can't be making a living wage right now. Based on what I see here, senior reps do a lot of the work to keep the programs afloat. But they earn less than half of what the managers make.
