      Not a good place for IT workers

      Pros

      Decent benefits but not outstanding.

      Cons

      Every year around September they have a "reduction in force" that involves senior level IT specialists. This is so the salary information on the books looks better at the end of the year. Then they bring in off-shore or green card workers and expect that they can get the same amount of work done. Because they can't produce the same volume or quality of work, the remaining workers take on extra work and get burned out. Then after working yourself 50+ hours you are rewarded by eventually having the reduction in force happen to you.

      Excellent benefits and flexible hours

      Cons

      Doesn't focus on consistency. Goal seems to be get it done, no matter who's doing it. No access to supervisor or management when needed. Superficial dealings with employees. Don't take the time to train employees with adequate time.
