      Pros

      Get to work from home sometimes. Good pay.

      Cons

      Management at the State plans have no idea about what needs to be done. Have people with Master's degree making copies and binders all day. In a year and a half that I could use in a new position. . Haven't learned anything

      Anthem offers competitive salaries, achievable career path for advancement, diversity, and advanced industry training. Anthem recognizes the importance of work life balance. Anthem cares about their employees and is a great company. Anthem has excellent benefits for their employees.

      Good pay, lots of opportunities as far as roles go

      Cons

      I was hired for a remote role (listed as remote on linkedin) only for them now to tell us we have to go to the office at least once a week. Prior to signing the offer letter i confirmed with my onboarding coordinator that the job is remote. So in other words, they LIED to me!!! To make matters worse my manager gaslighted me when i brought this up saying "Noone lied to you policies just change". For now it's once a week, but lets be real here they're eventually going to make us come in everyday. Everyone on my team works in a different state so there will be no collaboration. I can't believe I chose Elevance Health I had another remote offer when they offered me a job.
