Elevance Health reviews

In 2 years had 3 Supervisors my fax has not worked and they say they will fix it. Got train for Claims but I still don't understand it. The Providers wants the answers now and went you give them the answer they want to argue. Then there is really no sick days and when you feel sick you have to work thru. If you take the unplanned day you get points that get accumulated. They have wellness days but those have to be plan ahead of time. I feel overwhelmed and they have this like thing where can report how you feel but I don't think that helps at all.
