      Not hardly any at all.

      Cons

      Expect to be passed over for positions, given more and more work every three or four months without any bumps in pay, pay raises are a slap in the face, managers play favorites, and the entire company is about making sure the CEO gets a $30 million dollar bonus every year. A true horror show where customers/members pay for health insurance and coverage which never goes far enough and the company does everything in its power not to pay their claims.
