Pros
They want to keep their own. During a reduction in force in my area of the company (DOGE impacting government work), they offered so much support to help me land another role internally. Great flexibility for work/life (depending on the manager and department). Great opportunity for growth and skill building.
Cons
Can get a little too focused on AI replacing roles. Inconsistent adoption of SAFe methodology causing a lot of waterfall work.
