      The company has reorganized many departments and ruined the morale of a lot of employees. The company to operate in smaller teams which led to a wonderful culture and team morale. It is now the complete opposite. Most people are only concerned about impressing those above them and nothing else. That is because there’s no longer close-knit teams. The culture has went from good to bad. When I was hired I loved my job, but now I do not. Decent pay Some work from home flexibility Not micromanaged

      Very bureaucratic and political. Tons of time wasted on administrative task Most of Leadership is disconnected 75% of work is meaningless, 25% is impactful Culture is focused on impressing those above Unrealistic goals pulled out of thin air
